01 / NOTARIAL SUPPORT

Documents tailored to your needs.

We clarify the purpose, draft the text and coordinate translation and submission. Notarisation is carried out by an authorised notary or competent authority; PANKOV supports the process.

Memoranda

Preparation of memoranda of association (MOA) and amendments.

  • Arranging notarisation or registration with the competent authority after reviewing applicable requirements.

Requirements agreed first

We check who will receive the document, the required language and form, who must sign and whether a remote procedure is possible. For wills, we separately determine the appropriate procedure based on personal status and the location of assets.

02 / CONSULAR LEGALISATION

Documents across borders.

We arrange authentication of signatures and seals for documents to be presented in another country. The route depends on the country of issue, country of use and recipient's requirements.

Foreign documents for the UAE

We support the required certifications in the country of issue, procedures at the UAE diplomatic mission and attestation through the Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MoFA), where required.

We check submission options, whether originals are required and translation requirements.

UAE documents for use abroad

We clarify the foreign recipient's requirements and arrange the necessary UAE certifications and consular procedures for the destination country.

We agree the sequence before submission so the document meets its intended purpose.

Documents we support

Corporate: constitutional documents, registry extracts, certificates, shareholder resolutions and powers of attorney.

Personal: birth and marriage certificates, diplomas, certificates and other documents required by the receiving authority.

MoFA authenticates signatures and seals. Digital attestation or courier submission availability depends on the issuing body and document type.

Notarial and consular fees, government charges, translation and delivery are calculated separately. Final terms are agreed before work begins.
